Our firm is pleased to announce the appointment of Pavlos Mundis as a Senior Associate. Pavlos is a member of the Banking department and has considerable experience in banking and financing law, in addition to company litigation. He advises on a range of issues including corporate capacity, authority and proper execution, the perfection and enforcement of securities and regulatory compliance. He is also involved in the areas of International Business, Compliance, Project Finance and Syndicated Lending, and deals with drafting and updating standard or tailored made legal documents, such as loan, assignment, escrow and pledge agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Pavlos worked for seven years in the Legal Department of the largest bank in Cyprus.
