Senior partner Chryso Pitsilli-Dekatris heads the firm’s Commercial and Corporate Department and leads a team of lawyers with specialisations in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, tax, finance, banking, capital markets, competition law, EU law, contract and consumer law. Chryso has extensive and varied experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, tax, finance, banking and securities, with particular emphasis on international high-value cross-border transactions. She has advised on the structuring and implementation of joint ventures and cross-border structures in a variety of industries and service sectors, and has been involved in the preceding due diligence, tender procedures, as well as the completion of a number of take-overs of substantial magnitude. In addition, Chryso regularly advises and acts for large European financing institutions in the implementation of multi-million financing transactions, involving Cyprus holding companies. Her leading expertise in Corporate and Commercial law is acknowledged by all the major international legal directories, including Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and Legal 500 EMEA.
