We have worked on all types of public offerings (including initial, secondary and dual public offerings on regulated or non regulated markets, both within and outside the EU), as well as private placements, whose value extended from several tens of million to billions of USD/EURO.
Through our close cooperation with both international and local law firms, investment advisors and other key players in capital markets transactions, we have gained insight into the regulation and processes of international capital markets and financial products. This, coupled with our knowledge of the local securities laws and our regular interaction with the competent Cypriot regulators and authorities, ensures the efficient turn-around of the Cyprus-related work in any transaction and enhances the support given to clients. All of our securities lawyers have a strong background in corporate law, which enables them to deal with corporate restructuring or due diligence issues, usually accompanying public offerings. In the recent past, we have provided legal advice to shareholders, credit providers and investment banks in a number of milestone placements across a wide range of industries, both in Cyprus and abroad.
